- Open Instagram on your iPhone.
- Open the video or photo that you wish to download.
- Tap the three dots icon in the upper left of a photo or video. Next, choose Copy Link.

- On your iPhone, download and install an app called Browser and File Manager for Documents.
- Open the app after it has been installed.
