Check if there’s the Oder on the way. If there’s, kindly wait till 11:59 PST, five days before the order’s arrival. Otherwise, you’ll be charged for the meals.
- First of all, sign in to your account on the HelloFresh website.
- Click your name in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select”Account Settings.”
- Navigate to the bottom of your Plan settings page and select “Cancel Plan.”
- You will receive a pop-up message advising you against canceling. Click “Cancel Anyway.”
- Select a reason for canceling your account. ( Choose Any Available Reason ).
- Follow the prompts and continue to click “Cancel Anyway.”
Note: You will be shown a message telling you that your account has been canceled with your last delivery date.
