If your “No Signal” message is not due to an incorrect Source or Input selected, it’s most likely caused by a setup or antenna fault.

If you’ve already confirmed and are convinced there is nothing wrong with the TV hardware, then the problem lies with one of the connections. However, here’s how to troubleshoot the issue:

Method 1: Check the Cable Box/Set-Top Box

Whether you’re using an SD or HD box, your set-top box can cause a no-signal issue if your provider releases a new firmware and update it in the background. An update means news satellite settings have been uploaded, but the device has not fully integrated with the adjustments.

Sometimes, simply unplugging your power cable and inserting it back can solve it. Ensure you’ve switched off your TV before performing this method. Next, pull out everything plugged in, including the smart card/viewing card, and let the cable box cool. Do it firmly without much pressure. After calming the TV down, you can reinsert the card with the chip facing downward, following any visible arrows.

Method 3: Contact your cable Manufacturer

Contacting your cable manufacturer is easy, but it can take time, depending on your provider. Once you’ve tried the two methods and the problem persists. We strongly recommend getting in touch with your manufacturer’s customer support. They can quickly figure out the problem with your TV and solve the problem remotely from them.
