- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Navigate to the bottom of the page and click Classic Site on the left side of the screen to change the website’s appearance to the classic theme.
- Click Recent Activity in the Classic Site.
- Then, place a checkmark in the check box of all transactions you want to archive and click Archive.
Note that clicking Summary or Activity at the top of the page takes you back to the modern theme, where all your activity reappears.
