Before, there wasn’t an easy way to check your AirPods’ battery life on Android like on Apple devices, but now there’s an easy solution. All you need to do is download AirBattery, a free app from the Play Store.AirBattery shows your AirPods’ battery life on Android devices. Once the app has been set up, opening your AirPods charging case will launch a pop-up window on your smartphone that displays the remaining battery life (just like an iPhone would). There’s also a lock screen notification to indicate battery life, but you’ll have to pay for the app’s Pro mode to unlock that feature. The upgrade also makes navigating as a TalkBack user more accessible, but the user experience may differ depending on your device.
