  • Open a web browser and type http://192.168.0.1 into the web address field.
  • Log in to the modem’s online user interface (Modem GUI) using your Administrator Username and Administrator Password.
  • Select “Utilities.”
  • Select “Restore Defaults” from the menu on the left side.
  • Select “Restore Modem to Factory Default State.”
  • Wait for a few minutes while it finishes the factory reset.
  • When it’s complete, You will be asked for account login information to configure it, and you will need to run through the modem activation process, just like you are setting it up for the first time.
  • Once the internet light turns green, you will be able to access the internet.
  • Reconnect all your devices again to your WiFi network.

The reset color button is red, located at the back of the modem. Follow these steps below to reset your modem manually.
  • With the modem plugged in and powered on, press the reset button until you feel or hear a slight click.
  • Release the button when the power light color turns orange
  • Wait for a few minutes while it finishes the factory reset.
